I m an amateur but like to invest in tools. Bought a 10600 kit from my local tool company after seeing a similar boring jig used by a locksmith in the midwest that I d hired to update locks on our daughter s mid-50 s home. This unit works great, almost intuitive to use, and is built stout. I ve loaned it to a pal who was remodeling his son s home and he raved about it too. I recommend it without reservation. I just wish I had time and projects enough to wear it out!

need a breakdown of the jig to reconize the parts,otherwise it's a great tool

This is the best jig I have ever used. The set up is easy and it is very strong, not plastic like some of the other brands.
